Job Description:
Responsible for supporting the Line Manager in managing all third-party service providers including Ground Handling Agents in an efficient and effective manner in compliance with GCAA regulations as well as company policies and procedures. The primary objective is to ensure cost control of direct operating expenses through strategic and cost-effective management practices.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Line Manager & Section Head during the Planning of a flight
- Assist in contract & pricing negotiation for all ground handling agents & Fixed based operators (FBOs)
- Assist in Identifying and coordinating with FBOs / Ground Handling Agents and Airport Authorities.
- Assist in updating AIMS with the Agent database.
- Assist Maintenance & Logistics team for all AOG related support and coordination.
