Overnight Premium Pay
Employees working any hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM receive an additional +$2.00 per hour premium pay on top of the base starting wage.
Example:
+ Base Starting Wage: $12.00/hr
+ Overnight Premium Pay: +$2.00/hr
+ Overnight Rate: $14.00/hr during qualifying hours
