Fratelli Cosulich Singapore is seeking for a Crewing Executive to support the Shipping department. The perfect candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vessels are adequately manned in accordance with Flag State requirements and the company's Safety Management System. You will manage the full crew lifecycle, from recruitment and training to contractual compliance, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to international maritime regulations.
ACTIVITIES- Ensuring that the ships are adequately manned in accordance with Flag State requirement and as per company’s Safety Management System.
- Ensuring that the crew are suitably qualified, trained and medically fit, meeting the relevant STCW, ILO, MPA and MOM requirements.
- Identifying crew training requirements, plan, arrange mandatory and non- mandatory training/course of crew as per guidance from Shipping Manager.
