We are partnering with an establishedship management company to hire a Crewing Officer to support their fleet operations.
Responsibilities- Support end-to-end crewing operations for assigned vessels
- Maintain and monitor crew deployment and rotation schedules
- Coordinate closely with manning agencies, vessel masters, and port agents for crew changes
- Arrange and manage crew travel logistics, including flight bookings
- Ensure all crew documentation (certificates, medicals, visas) are valid and compliant
- Assist with crew payroll verification, benefits, and allowances
- Review and reconcile operational and crew-related expenses
