Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Crewing Department in all aspects of seafarer personnel management, including payroll verification and related checks
- Maintain and update crew deployment schedules for assigned vessels, ensuring rotation plans are properly tracked and monitored
- Coordinate with external stakeholders such as manning agents, vessel masters, port agents, and travel service providers to facilitate smooth crew changes, including international operations
- Assist in arranging travel logistics for crew movements in coordination with relevant service providers
- Support documentation processes required prior to vessel assignment, including regulatory endorsements where applicable
- Organize pre-departure briefings and post-assignment debriefings for seafarers when required
