Passionate about using cricket to connect, inspire, and transform communities? Join Warwickshire Cricket Foundation as our Cricket Cities Community Coach and play a key role in expanding access to cricket within inner-city communities. This 12-month maternity cover role is based at Edgbaston Cricket Ground and reports to the Women and Girls Community Manager. You will deliver high-quality community coaching sessions as part of the Cricket Cities project, support the promotion of female participation programmes, and work closely with community and external partners to strengthen WCF’s community cricket offer. You will actively promote WCF activities to schools and local stakeholders, support communities in accessing cricket, and ensure accurate monitoring and reporting in line with funding requirements.
