We are working with a well-established regional law firm who are seeking a Criminal Solicitor to join their growing team in Somerset. Responsibilities
Advising and representing clients in all aspects of criminal law, including police station representation, Magistrates’ Court, and Crown Court cases.
Managing a varied caseload, from minor offences to more complex, high-profile matters.
Preparing cases, analysing evidence, and developing robust defence strategies.
Liaising with clients, prosecutors, and third parties, ensuring excellent communication and client care.
Working on Legal Aid funded matters, including representation in Magistrates’ and Crown Courts.
