Our client in the Telecoms Industry is looking to hire a CRM Administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing the quote process as well as flow of quotes in the office and between the salespeople
- Tracking the quotes
- Updating customers on the quotes
- Updating customer on ETA's and deliveries
- Completing SBD documents for quotes
- Update internal sales systems
- ADHOC admin tasks
Requirements
- Senior Certificate (essential)
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a similar role
- Microsoft Office Suite - Intermediate Level or higher - Excel important (Formulas, V Lookup, Pivots, Access, Office, Outlook)
- Access experience
- Strong interpersonal skills (with clients, suppliers, and team members), good relationship building characteristics
- Excellent customer communication skills
