Overview
We are looking to hire several Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application Specialists (Support & Functional) to serve as a bridge between business and IT. These roles encompass application support, functional consulting, and close stakeholder engagement to ensure stable CRM operations and drive continuous improvement. The positions will be based at Demant Technology & Innovation Centre, Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for CRM-related incidents and service requests
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution within SLAs
- Gather and translate business requirements into user stories
- Support testing (UAT, integration testing) and release processes
- Collaborate with developers and global teams on enhancements
- Assist in process improvements and system optimization
