Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns throughout consumer journeys.
- Develop and optimize email templates, consumer journey mapping, and campaign planning.
- Create and implement automated workflows, personalized campaigns, and journeys to enhance customer engagement.
- Manage day-to-day broadcast and trigger SMS consumer communications campaigns.
