Overview
How you’d spend your day:
- Management and monitoring of CRM campaigns end to end.
- Process control and phases of campaign development.
- Historical DB analysis and insight extraction. Definition of CRM strategies, forecasting and campaign planning.
- Delivery of monthly reports and reporting.
- Support brands in decision making and action development.
- Design and ideation of reports and dashboarding.
Qualifications
What do you need?
- Degree in Marketing, ADE or similar.
- Demonstrable experience of +3 years in a CRM department, managing end-to-end campaigns.
- Knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic
- Teamwork experience.
- A high level of English (C1) in both spoken and written form.
