Role Overview
We are looking for a CRM Lead to drive end-to-end customer lifecycle management
across our healthcare network. This role will own CRM strategy, execution, and
performance, with a strong focus on patient acquisition, engagement, retention, and
lifetime value. The ideal candidate combines marketing acumen with data-driven
decision-making and hands-on CRM platform expertise.
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Strategy & Lifecycle Management
Define and implement CRM strategy across patient lifecycle: acquisition,
onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation
Design targeted journeys for key cohorts (OPD, IPD, chronic care, preventive
health, etc.)
