Our client is a sizable MNC owning multi-luxury beauty brands with business around the world.
Perform business analysis and hence to formulate strategic annual CRM planning with the objective to maintain a high level of consumer loyalty of the brand Plan and monitor a sizable amount of budgets for CRM activities as well as perform resources allocation and expenditures control based on the action plan and in line with planned monthly phrasing Perform consumer behavior analysis through comprehensive study to derive meaningful indication and action plans Develop and drive for the implementation of CRM action plans, including but not limited to membership promotion, partnership programs, etc. Execute various CRM initiatives as well as perform forecasting and evaluate the effectiveness of each campaigns towards the KPIs as well as identify enhancement to maximize programs effectiveness Develop CRM ma...
