✉️ CRM Manager

📍 Nottingham | 💰 Up to £200 a day | 6-month contract

We’re looking for a CRM Manager to lead and execute our client’s email marketing strategy across the UK and EU markets. This is a hands-on, in-house role focused on customer retention, acquisition, and lifecycle engagement through Klaviyo.

🧠 The Role:

  • Plan, build, and deploy Klaviyo email campaigns for UK and EU audiences

  • Own the CRM calendar and campaign strategy end-to-end

  • Drive customer retention and lead generation through targeted segmentation and automation

  • Collaborate with creative and performance teams to align messaging and timing

  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise for engagement and conversion
