- Support the review of customer behavior, purchase trends, and engagement data; prepare reports and highlight insights.
- Assist in setting up, launching, and monitoring email and SMS campaigns, ensuring accurate execution and on schedule.
- Help build and maintain customer segments based on predefined criteria; support personalization by ensuring correct audience targeting.
- Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system; perform routine checks for data accuracy.
- Follow existing CRM workflows and support improvements as guided by senior team members.
- Assist in ensuring CRM tools and marketing platforms integrate and operate smoothly for campaign execution.
