This role will support the development and execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns focused on onboarding and early customer engagement. The individual will partner closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing leadership and cross-functional teams, to execute campaigns from concept through launch, while leveraging tools like Monday.com (or similar) to track timelines, manage workflows, and coordinate deliverables. They will contribute to CRM campaign execution across channels including SMS, email, and emerging formats such as RCS, while also analyzing campaign performance to optimize messaging, timing, and channel strategy. Additionally, this person will help standardize processes and best practices as the lifecycle team evolves, and assist in replicating and scaling successful onboarding strategies across channels. This is a6 month ongoing contract and pays $50-$55hr.
