About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated CRM Service Administrator (m/f/d) to support our Finance & Commercial Operations team in the effective implementation and maintenance of Salesforce Service processes. • Lead the implementation of local and global Salesforce Service processes (scoping, user stories, incident and defect handling)
• Align local needs with global and regional CRM/ERP systems
