Job Description
We are looking for a proactive CRM Specialist to help manage and improve customer relationships through email, SMS, and messaging channels. You will create and run campaigns, design customer journeys, and use customer data to improve retention, repeat purchases, and overall experience.
Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in any related studies
-with 2 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or e-commerce marketing
-with hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Klaviyo, Hubspot, or Braze
-Skilled in running email/SMS campaigns from start to finish.
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
-Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
-Amenable to work onsite in Eastwood, QC.
