My client is an amazing skincare brand, established by UK scientists and is seeking a skilled professional to join with a focus on enhancing customer engagement and ecommerce performance.
You will be responsible for executing a data-driven CRM strategy to improve customer retention and lifetime value through email communications and supporting ecommerce activities like website updates and campaigns. Your tasks will include delivering CRM campaigns, shaping loyalty programmes, conducting A/B testing, and supporting daily ecommerce operations.
Ideally, you will have experience in email marketing and CRM tools, with a background in website management (preferably Shopify). Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Excel are essential.
