JOB OVERVIEW Profession: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Specialty: CRNA - General Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Phoenix, AZ Service Setting: Hospital Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: Jul 13, 2026 Jan 11, 2027 Clinical Shift Schedule: Primarily nights (10 & 12-hour shifts), 34 shifts per week; must be flexible to work days and at least one weekend shift per month PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Adults, Pediatrics, Obstetrics Case Mix: Full scope including Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Neuro, General Surgery FACILITY INFORMATION Trauma Level: Level I Trauma Center PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Credentialing Timeline: AZ Licensed: 6 weeks; IMLC: 2 months; Non-Licensed: 3 months (based on clean background).
