Job Description
CRNA needed in Upstate New York • Number of CRNAs needed: 2 (two) • Dates: May 3, 2021 - Dec 31, 2021 • Shifts: M-F 7a-330p; 8's, 10's, or 12's + OT • Call: Yes; beeper. 1 in 6 rotation with weekends • Case mix includes: General Surgery, Endo, Gynecology (no OB), Ortho, ENT, Dental and simple Vascular. Must be proficient in Epidurals and Nerve Blocks • Team model: 3 (three) CRNAs and 4 (four) MDs • EMR: Cerner • Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days • T&L: Yes, with pre-approval
