Number of CRNAs needed: 2 Location/Worksite address : Withheld Dates coverage is needed : January - Ongoing Schedule/Shift times : Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm Call required ?: No Patient ages (children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics): Adults (no Pediatrics) Types of cases/Specialty mix: All GI cases Support staff available (CRNA s, MA s, Scrub Techs): one attending anesthesia MD Credentialing timeframe : one month Travel and lodging provided? Yes
