CRNA in Amazing Flagstaff Arizona
Join our team of 16 CRNAs who work collaboratively with 21 physicians in a medical direction model (1:3 ratio). We pride ourselves on having a fun and professionally fulfilling workplace with great case variety, excellent surgeons, and a supportive team.
We are a level 1 trauma center and regional referral center, we cover a broad mix of cases and acuities. Our CRNAs cover everything except cardiac and OB and can do all procedures including nerve blocks.
Flexible scheduling, 3-5 days per week, generous time off, and no nights, and only one weekend every 5 weeks. True work-life balance to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and fun in Flagstaff! Comp starts at $228,800-$270,400 plus incentives and CME. $50,000 sign on and $25,000 relocation.
