We are looking for Croatian Speaking Travel Consultants to join our international team. This unique role offers you a hybrid start: you will spend your first 3 months onsite in the historic city of Athens to complete your training and integrate with the team, followed by the opportunity to work fully remote from any location in Greece.
The Role: Impact & Traveler Support
- Travel Expertise: Assist Croatian-speaking customers with flight bookings, holiday packages, and complex travel itineraries.
- Customer Journey: Provide high-level support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring every traveler has a seamless experience.
