Workster is partnering with a major Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to hire Croatian-speaking Travel Support Agents. This role focuses on supporting partners of a leading accommodation platform. The position is based in Athens, but offers Remote options for residents of Greece or those willing to relocate.
Your Role
- Inquiry Handling: Manage all incoming communications from partners and clients.
- B2B Support: Act as the main point of contact for accommodation partners regarding room modifications, rates, and availability.
