Job Description

We have a vacancy for a Cross-Selling Sales Executive with a large, fast-selling branded dealership in Cape Town.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Promote and sell value-added products to new and existing customers.
  • Cross-sell vehicle accessories, service plans, maintenance plans, warranties, insurance products, tracking devices, tyre and rim cover, and finance products.
  • Generate additional revenue opportunities from the dealership customer base.
  • Follow up on existing customers for upgrade and retention opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
  • Work closely with Vehicle Sales Executives, F&I Managers, Service Advisors, and Parts Departments.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities on CRM systems.
