Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide standing supervision for all major structural works
- Responsible for implementing and sustaining site supervisor quality and safety assurance system
- Leads and supervises Resident Technical Officer to ensure all works comply fully with regulatory and client requirements
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Perform all duties of Resident Engineer under Building Control Act.
Job Competency (Qualification, experience & knowledge)
- Registered Resident Engineer with IES/ACES
- At least a minimum of 5 years experience for RE with supervision experience in commercial projects
