Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (Store Based) is responsible for directly interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests related to products and services via the telephone or in person.
Job Specification:
o Educational Attainment
o Preferably, but not necessary,a graduate of secondary education or vocational course
o Work Experience
o At least 1 year of customer service work experience
Working Conditions:
o Basic selling area/office setting
o Expected to sit and attend clients, accept phone calls during the entire shift
o Shifting schedule
