Job Description
Coordinate and supervise structural works and ensure works are carried out are in accordance to drawings, specifications, shop drawings and method statements. To conduct pre-inspection with subcontractors prior to calling for RE/RTO inspections. Arrange and facilitate RE/RTO inspections. To ensure site works are carried out according to daily / weekly site coordination schedule. Carry out In-process Quality Control inspection from time to time to ensure the quality is within acceptable range. Report any abnormality on site, such as WSHE, quality, misconduct, delay, etc. To do proper inventory check to ensure enough materials are available for works. Maintain site storage facilities for building materials and equipment. To control and manage SCS general workers. Control and minimize material wastages. Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment and daily housekeeping is carried out. Resolve any site issues faced at the work site. Immediately report to higher manag...
