Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage diverse technical projects within Customer Service, overseeing the development, optimisation and deployment of technical or digital tools for boutiques and repair platforms.
- Support the continuous evolution of services and processes to enhance the client experience.
- Provide expert technical support, efficiently responding to inquiries from markets.
- Manage, develop and standardise Piaget’s network by maintaining authorisation guidelines, formalising certification processes and monitoring network evolution.
