Account Type: Non-Voice / Messaging Support
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat or messaging tools
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Handle multiple conversations simultaneously
- Document customer interactions in the system
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain customer satisfaction and positive experience
Qualifications
- Must be SHS Graduate
- With or without BPO experience
- Willing to work on site at Quezon City
- Non-voice account (chat support)
- Paid training
