We are looking for CSR for a BPO Company in Cebu City
This role is an Onsite role that follows a Shifting Schedule
Salary pays up to 24K depending on experience and interview results
Minimum Requirement of at least 2 years of BPO experience required
Requirements:
- HS/SHS Graduate (Old/New)
- ALS Passers w/ certificate
- 2 years Vocational - Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years BPO Experience
- 1 year Chat (accumulative)
- Combined Chat and Sales Experience w/ more than 1-year BPO experience can be accommodated
Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound customer service calls;
- Processing inbound sales calls;
- Taking inbound or placing outbound collections calls;
