Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic and professional customer service to patients and clients
- Coordinate and facilitate medical screenings, appointments, and follow-ups
- Educate patients on procedures, health requirements, and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with data privacy standards
- Collaborate with physicians, lab staff, and other healthcare providers to ensure timely care
