Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Sorting out customers’ inquiries or requests
- Ensuring that customers’ requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
- Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
- Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner
Qualifications
- At least HS or SHS Graduate
- With at least 6 months BPO Experience
- Have Excellent English communication skills
- Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Have superb computer skills
- Are willing to work on site
