We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Voice & Non-Voice Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers primarily through Calls , chat, email, and ticketing systems —no phone calls involved. You will assist customers by providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience.
