**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our Special Procedures Technologist-R, you will help patients across all age ranges (neonate to geriatric) undergo general radiographic and more complex imaging procedures so they can receive accurate diagnostic medical images for effective medical care.
Every day you will exercise independent judgment to assess the particular circumstances of each procedure and perform a broad range of imaging. You will be expected to positively identify patients, correlate procedures with physician orders, explain procedures, ensure written consents are completed, maintain a clean and safe work environment, report equipment issues, accurately determine and enter patient charges, maintain patient privacy and dignity, and participate in Quality Improvement efforts.
