Major Responsibilities:
Production of scans, positions, and immobilization of patients. Selects proper technical factors. Ensures patient is well informed about procedure and other relevant positioning information. Responsibility for diagnostic procedures requiring sound understanding of anatomical positioning and physiology so that independent selection and modification of technical factors may produce optimum results. Responsible for capturing appropriate exam charges, updates to procedure files, reimbursement codes, etc., with the HIS/RIS Computer System, as well as training and overseeing department personnel followi...
