As a Culinary Assistant / Ham Chef, you will be responsible for food preparation (ham and cheese samples), maintaining strict quality control, and ensuring kitchen equipment and tools are utilized safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily preparation, portioning, and handling of ham and cheese products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workstation in compliance with standard food safety regulations.
- Safely operate, clean, and maintain commercial kitchen tools, knives, and equipment.
- Exhibit a strong attention to detail to ensure all output meets the company's high-quality standards and presentation guidelines.
