Job Description
**Requirement**:- Office package- Budget control- Company policies and internal regulations- Bachelor in Pyschology, Industrial Relations or similar- 3-5 years of experience in HR area**Responsibilities**- Responsible to coordinate all company events: End of Year party, Familiy Day, Halloween, Christmas, Independence day, Chinese New Year, company values strengthen, among others.
- Responsible for onboarding and welcoming new comers: HR initial training, company credentials, plant tour, locker assignment, among others.
- Responsible for the Work Environment Survey, NOM-035 and the following action plans.
- Responsible to coordinate company services, such as: Shuttle bus, maintenance of office, caffeteria, cleaning service, coffee break for visitors, business travels, lockers for employees, security guards, among others.
