BluePearl is hiring a Culture Program Manager!
This role must be located within 50 miles of one of our hub locations: Tampa, FL; Vancouver, WA; Los Angeles, CA; Manhattan, NY;
In this role, you will creates coordinate and execute culture programs, initiatives and projects driven by Mars and Mars Veterinary Health (MVH) across BluePearl. Travel up to 20% of the time.
As a Culture Program Manager you will:
+ This position leads the efforts in building and sustaining a thriving, inclusive, and high performing culture across the organization.
+ Collaborate closely with MVH program leaders, P&O, and BluePearl Senior Leaders in the design and delivery of communications plans for program deployment along with monitoring, tracking & reporting.
+ Key programs led by the Manager include the Essence of Mars, Mars Make the Difference (MTD) recognition program, Mars Associate Survey (MAS), Mars Champions program, the Five Principles, BluePearl recognition s...
