Bard College Seeks a Curatorial Housekeeper for the Montgomery Place Mansion and associated buildings. This is a part-time position and will be scheduled for 15 hours per week. Under the joint supervision of the Collections Manager and Historic House Manager, the Curatorial Housekeeper performs a variety of tasks to maintain and care for the rooms of the mansion and the Butler South Building. Training in historic housekeeping will be provided. The Curatorial Housekeeper will complete any work assigned by the College in a manner to include, but not be limited, to the following:
Mansion House
+ Vacuum and dust main floor each work day, with occasional mopping.
+ Vacuum and dust second and third floors as needed.
+ Keep entry areas clean.
+ Monitor fans and dehumidifiers, reporting water, mold, or pest issues.
