Curriculum Development Specialist

Eduquest International Institute is a Registered Training Provider by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), delivering high-quality, industry-relevant skills-based training programmes aligned with the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) framework.

You will design, develop, and review courseware using the ADDIE model, create new course packages based on market trends, and maintain course documentation to ensure regulatory compliance. You will support curriculum activities and assist with digital learning systems.

• Analyse training requirements and design courseware using the ADDIE instructional design model to ensure effective learning outcomes
• Independently develop new course packages integrating industry-relevant skills based on market trends and management input
• Create and develop content for both WSQ and non-WSQ training modules to meet learner and industry needs
