Job Responsibilities Course Planning and Management
- Assist the Dean of Curriculum in course planning, development and management
- Provide administrative support in course submissions and uploading of materials into the training system, such as preparation of workflow, master calendar, and course outlines etc.
- Proofread printing materials and data submissions
- Setup online platform for training
- Assist in scheduling of training venues
- Liaise with local/overseas lecturers, training partners and teachers
- Design marketing and publicity materials
- Design and publication of course handbook
- Carry out effective publicity
- Upload course data into database
- Prepare analysis report
- Event management
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
