You will own reconciliations, incident handling, SOPs, and operational evidence trails that regulators and institutional partners expect.## What You'll DoREQ_XX**Run Daily Ops**: deposits/withdrawals processing, approvals, exception handling, and queue management.REQ_XX**Reconciliations**: ledger vs wallet vs bank reconciliation with clear break management and SLAs.REQ_XX**SOPs & Controls**: define and enforce maker-checker workflows, access reviews, and runbooks.REQ_XX**Incident Management**: triage, comms, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes with engineering/security.REQ_XX**Operational Reporting**: KPIs, operational risk metrics, and evidence pack readiness.REQ_XX**Partner Coordination**: coordinate with banks/PSPs/exchange houses on operational workflows.## What We'r...
