Custody Operations Manager

Description

To focus on the management and controlling of all administrative tasks and risk activities for the Custody business. The Operations Manager ensures that all laid down procedures and policies are adhered to. The Manager also ensures that all settlements activities for Equities, Money Markets, Bonds, Cash and Corporate Action transactions are processed in a diligent manner

Operations Management

Ensure that all Policy and procedure management documents are up to date

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Custody team

Ensure daily reconciliations between the Custody system and Depositories are performed.

Act as point of contact for Audits, Risk and Compliance and Regulatory Enquiries

Reviews KPI's and risks for direct reports

Responsible for identifying root cause, escalation, and implementing resolutions when required

Oversee tactical problems from a broad perspective and recommend solution...
