In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Own the daytoday management of assigned customer accounts, acting as the single point of contact.
Build strong, trusted customer relationships that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and longterm success.
Take full responsibility for the endtoend order life cycle, from order entry through to delivery, invoicing, and logistics documentation.
Resolve customer queries and escalations proactively, managing each case through to closure.
Partner with sales, production, planning, logistics, and finance teams to ensure ontime delivery and effective issue resolution.
