We are recruiting a Customer Account Lead to join our customer team for Rolls‑Royce Submarines based in Derby. As a Customer Strategy Lead within our Submarines Business, you will work as part of the Customer Team, reporting to the Customer Relationship Manager. You will source and analyse market data, customer intelligence and strategic stakeholder management to support driving business direction and activity with reasoned insights and recommendations (nationally and internationally).
