Job Description
Tasks:
• Perform inbound calls, chats in Danish
• Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services contributing to the
success of our client.
• Change the reservation both in time and destination, change of personal data
• Handle special service requests (wheelchairs, special assistance, animals)
• Deal with cancellation and refund of tickets
• Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
• Support customers with travel difficulties.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Danish - C1 (both spoken and written)
• English – B2
• Excellent technical skills (MS Office, Browsers, general computer skills)
• Positive energy, enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues
• Previous experience in Customer service, digital service platforms and CRM tools is an
advantage
