Key Responsibilities
- Work closely together with marketing and digital transformation specialists to understand their needs in terms of data to operate and steer their marketing strategies.
- Develop customer behavioral profiling based on demographic, product usage and multi‑channel touchpoints data (from digital to call center).
- Utilize machine learning, statistical modeling and feature engineering techniques to develop powerful response predictive models that anticipate customer responses and behaviors.
- Develop robust scheduled data feeding procedures by extracting data from multiple data sources, perform data preparation and apply ML models.
- Develop Business Intelligence dashboards to track customer portfolio KPIs, digital adoption and marketing initiatives performance.
