Job Purpose:
- The Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering customer and broker experience projects across the organisation.
- The role focuses on improving overall experience by implementing initiatives, increasing customer insight through measurement platforms (e.g., surveys and analysis), and embedding a customer-first (C1st) culture.
- It also drives the identification and resolution of pain points through journey mapping, remediation tracking, and collaboration with business stakeholders.
